It seems only fitting that the February Club Eternia Masters of the Universe Classics figure is a mustachioed harp-playing archer with a heart on his chest.

Mattel and the Horsemen have done a great job updating this ‘Princess of Power ‘character that might otherwise be a tough sell to some of the modern collectors.  Bow comes loaded with accessories such as his bow, an arrow, harp, removable cape and an alternate modern head.

Much like Vikor, Bow features the new hidden, internal foot pegs and also has new wrist joints, a la the DCUC Green Arrow figure that helps him hold his bow and arrows in more natural poses.

As announced at SDCC Bow’s bow does not come with a string, but has loops at either end so that if a fan wanted to add one they could.  I used the clear rubber band that holds the figure on the bubble insert.   Using the clear rubber band gives you some tension for some dramatic poses with the figure.

One thing fans might want to look out for when they open the figure is that the quiver is glued to the cape and is not removable.  This makes it difficult to remove the figure from the inner plastic tray.  I was not able to find a way to remove the figure without first cutting the bubble.

You can see all of the pictures of Bow ere in his entry in the AFI archives.

Bow will be on sale in February on MattyCollector.com
