Hillside NJ – May 22, 2013—WizKids Games, the leader in collectible miniatures gaming, has announced a new collection to the HeroClix line-up; BioShock Infinite HeroClix miniatures, featuring themed collectible figures based on the highest rated game of the year to date. The latest collection to join the HeroClix family, the BioShock Infinite: HeroClix Starter Pack and Gravity Feed will launch this summer and is available now for pre-order.
Containing everything needed to get started in the world of Columbia, the BioShock Infinite: HeroClix Starter Pack includes six exclusive figures along with Powers and Abilities Cards, two special maps, Object and Terrain tokens, dice and HeroClix Core Rulebook. Collectible figures included in the Starter Pack are Booker DeWitt, Elizabeth, Automated Stallion, Daisy Fitzroy, Flakman and Handyman.
Also available is a 24-figure Gravity Feed, which contains 14 different figures to expand on the collection and adventure featuring popular characters such as Zachary Hale Comstock, Booker and Elizabeth, Motorized Patriot and more.
As with all HeroClix collections, figures included in the BioShock Infinite series sit atop a custom Combat Dial™, tailored for the special figures.
BioShock Infinite and HeroClix players, fans and collectors can pre-order both BioShock Infinite: HeroClix collections at participating online retailers before they hit shelves this summer.

On Friday, May 31st from 4-9pm, SubUrban Vinyl will become a G.I. Joe emporium with a family-friendly event dedicated to the most influential toy line of our generation: Hasbro’s G.I. Joe figures.
The custom toy show involves 30+ of today’s most talented artists contributing 100+ custom toys. Based on The Loyal Subjects’ newly released line of G.I. Joe mini figures and featuring detailed sculpting and custom paint work, these production toys have evolved over the past few weeks into a vast array of one-of-a-kind sculptures at the hands of the artists below:

In addition to the custom toy show, Hasbro has agreed to lend SubUrban Vinyl props from the G.I. Joe movie, plus a few of their in-house artists to contribute custom toys and artwork. The designer of the GI Joe figures, Les Schettkoe, will be flying out for the opening night party, as will Jonathan Cathey of The Loyal Subjects. Hasbro employees will be in attendance as well.
Several artists have created paintings and prints inspired by the G.I. Joe toy line. All original artwork and prints will be available to purchase at the SubUrban Vinyl shop, and online after the opening night as well. Les Schettkoe and The Loyal Subjects will be creating special, exclusive G.I. Joe t-shirts for the event.
Food and drink will be provided. Artists will be in attendance for appearances and signings. The show will be up for viewing at SubUrban for one week. Any custom toys, artwork and apparel unsold at the opening night party will be made available online in the SubUrban Vinyl store.

Over the past few days a few images have been making the rounds from Mattel’s DC Unlimited and Batman Unlimited lines that can be found at retail. These figures will be mixed in future assortments of the two lines. The new figures are: Green Lantern from the Injustice: Gods Among Us (we already have Injustice Superman, Batman and Joker announced) video game and a 6″ version of Batman from the CG animated ‘Beware the Batman‘ series. Both figures feature all new sculpts.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today is releasing Batgirl as a downloadable content (DLC) character for the DC Comics fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us. Batgirl is available now on Xbox LIVE® Marketplace for 400 MS Microsoft Points and will be available in the next day for PlayStation®Network at a price of $4.99.
Also available today is the Red Sun skin pack featuring skins from Superman’s popular Soviet alternate reality, as well as the Killing Joke skin pack from the Batman: The Killing Joke DC Comics series. Summer collection inspired by exclusive visit to the DC Comics archives
In a first-of-its-kind partnership, Target® Corp. (NYSE: TGT) and Warner Bros. Consumer Products, in partnership with DC Entertainment, have teamed up to introduce an extensive summer collection of exclusive Justice League merchandise. The summer collection was inspired by “DC Comics – The New 52” comic book character designs and holds surprises for fans young and old. Featuring the full lineup of DC Comics’ iconic Justice League Super Heroes – Aquaman, Batman, Cyborg, The Flash, Green Lantern, Superman and Wonder Woman – the summer collection will launch at all U.S. Target stores and on Target.com beginning May 19.
The summer collection was co-created by the Target and Warner Bros. Consumer Products design teams and features contemporary and nostalgic, vintage-inspired graphics and designs. With more than 50 summer products available exclusively at Target, guests will see the collection come to life in home, stationery, sporting goods, and lawn and garden. Some of the more unexpected items include melamine dinnerware that features a purple and pink-clad Wonder Woman; an apron that transforms the cook into Batman; sand toys that will help beach-goers create Gotham City; and children’s Batman, Wonder Woman and The Flash beach towels that double as capes.

All Justice League licensed products will range from $1 for Justice League temporary tattoos to $59.99 for a Justice League Rocker Chair. Target will also offer Justice League Halloween costumes for kids later this year.
With the release of “Justice League #1” in 2011, DC Entertainment officially kicked off “DC Comics – The New 52” as part of a re-launch of their entire comic book line of 52 new number one issues. “DC Comics – The New 52” Super Heroes are presented in a more contemporary way, including new costumes, characters and storylines.

San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Exclusive Hobbit Collector Figure Azog
Our 7″ tall Orc Commander Azog comes in a numbered, limited edition of 2,600 pieces. Azog is depicted as he appears in the prologue scene from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. In the battle between the dwarves and an army of orcs to reclaim Moria, Azog holds the severed head of the dwarf King Thror up in victory. The figure comes with interchangeable hands – the right hand that holds Thror’s head can be replaced with a hand capable of holding either his dagger or mace, and the left hand can be switched with the prosthetic spikes that replaced the hand he lost to Thorin’s sword.
