The other day we showed you the packaging for Mattel’s 12" General Zod from the movie Superman II. A lot of readers asked if we could post loose pictures of the figure before Dec 23rd when the next batch of DC Comics themed figures (DCUC Wave 11 and Retro-Action Green Arrow) go on sale on MattyCollector.com.
Ask and ya shall receive! Today we have updated the AFi Archive with loose and action pictures of the new 12" General Zod figure.
Personally I have been waiting on this figure since 1978 and Mattel doesn’t disappoint with a dead-on likeness to actor Terrance Stamp. I also think that Mattel’s 12" body works even better with this figure than with the 12" Ghostbusters line because the costume allows the full range of movement. I’m really looking forward to what’s next in this line from Mattel.
