Diamond Select Toys newest bust is the "New Avengers Spider-Man" Straight from the pages of Civil War this 6" bust depicts the now un-masked wall crawler in his new costume.
After Spider-Man’s newer powers developed in "The Other", Tony Stark (Iron Man) developed a new suit for Peter, which he began wearing in The Amazing Spider-Man #529. Nicknamed the "Iron Spider" costume, it is red and gold: according to Marvel Editor-In-Chief Joe Quesada, "Stark’s design, Stark’s color!" The suit was designed by Quesada, based on a sketch by Chris Bachalo.
This piece was sculoted bt Michael Locasio.
This is a limited edition bust of 3000 pieces. This piece also features a hand-numbered base with matching box and Certificate of Authenticity.
The metallic paint used on this piece really makes it stand out on a shelf. It’s a great Spiderman pose and the action of the piece and the web tension are really well done. This piece is now available in stores.
