Wow, young collector for sure…even had everything labeled on the shelf! My stuff was always a big pile in the floor at that age and I still have all the Mego’s from then but they are thrashed beyond recognition — can’t part with them though.
Reclaim your Megos. I did and I am a very contented man. All of life’s problems seem a little easier to manage after you look over at a shelf full of Mego World’s Greatest Super Heroes.
Man, you were really into everything Mego Batman! Wish I’d had your foresight but I still might have lost everything anyway. That is one valuable shelf full of stuff, though!
Julius Marx was know the world over for 10 years as the title character in the long running TV cop-on-the-edge show “Hockuly!” Now he writes about and takes pictures of toys and attempts to put all his weird knowledge to work for him. He has been collecting toys his entire life.
nice displays both then and now. as for the Mego stuff to get it all back again would cost a big fortune. espically on ebay .
Great post. Not much has changed, except the amount you get to spend on your toys!
Uh…one of those super-hero figures looks crooked.
LOL..!!! Way to stay true to your roots…!
