I can’t take credit for this and I don’t know where the original came from, but this was posted on a toy collecting Facebook group that I’m a member of. At my local Target I could hang these on the Marvel Legends pegs that have been completely empty going on two months and the Star Wars vintage pegs that are overflowing with Phantom Menace figures that will never sell.

Brilliant!
Definitely worth posting twice!;)
A lot of time it isn’t the store but in this case no one has Marvel Legends or really any GI Joe to speak of. Target works off of an automatic ordering process but they can’t fill pegs if Hasbro isn’t sending them product. At least Wal-Mart managers can order product if they need to. C’mon Hasbro! Send them product!
I need that for Marvel Legends at my Target. They also have 5 Cobra Commanders spread out on six Joe pegs for months, now.
Well dont expect any new Joes– every target by me has now put them on clearance..(along with Batman Legacy, Batman 2 Packs, Batman brave and the bold- and a few other lines as well..
That’s excellent! I will do this myself! The same message could
be left at Walmart and TRU. At TRU I would add a comment about
the outrageous prices.
That’s awesome. I could use those as well.
Same problem here in the Philippines, the local distributor carries limited stock only. And we can only get the MLs at local event distributions. Not at the pegs.
Shouldn’t that note be directed at the local comic book stores, who buy all of the action figures off the racks at Target (etc.) and then mark them up five bucks at their own shops?
This is great!!! Im making one myself right now so that I can make copies of. I do agree this is probably a scalper issue as well, but at the same time I agree that I know my walmart an target just shuffle things around to fill the pegs rather than filling them with new figures.

Should copy and leave these at every retail store around the country that has the same distribution / lack of stock problem!
