#NECA Surprises Fans With New 7″ DC Comics Movie Action Figures

NECA Toys dropped a bomb on fans today when they announced a new line of 7″ Action Figure pack-ins in partnership with Warner Brothers Home Video.   Much like the movie accurate black costume 1989 Michael Keaton Batman 7″ action figure that was released last year with the Diamond Edition of the Batman DVD, these figures of Chris Reeve Superman from Superman the Movie, Adam West as the 1966 Batman and Heath Ledger as the Joker from The Dark Knight, these figures along with two new Extreme HeroClix figures will come with a selection of Warner Brothers DVDs.   These bundles include movies like Man of Steel, Batman, Batman Forever, Batman And Robin , Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and Lego Batman the Movie: DC Super Heroes Unite.

These figure/DVD sets will also be available in select stores at Toys R Us, as well as the Warner Brothers Ebay Store.  The pre-sale on the Chris Reeve Superman is currently sold out, but some additional stock may show up again on line soon.

The official in-store street date for this is 11/7 but some people have reported finding them already.  See below for more details:
