Prestigious organizations are usually overrun with such culture – which is an oxymoron if you think about it. Funny that a company that exists to provide fun and happiness to people probably is not able to do the same for all of its employees.

As for the book, I might glance through it if it happens to make its way to our local book stores. Not much of a book buyer these days – unless they’re found in the sale bin :-)
