I really like the shadow beast’s appearance much more than Gygor. The closed mouth certainly helps.
I liked Gygor’s open mouth. I thought the sculpting on the teeth was exceptional. The Shadow Beast does look cool, though. I confess, I was a bit disappointed to see the Gygor mold re-used quite so quickly, though. The different hands, feet, and head do help a lot. I don’t think there are enough Bigfoot type toys out there, so I’m glad Mattel made him. I just wish it was a little more different from Gygor.
