What in God’s name is wrong with Mattel?!? Why are the colors so muddy and dark yet again?
The DCUC Plas looks like he’s standing in the shadows next to the others. When so much effort goes into making these so nice, why do they screw it up in the end zone every time?
Seriously, I’ve seen the 4 Horsemen’s paint masters in person. The production figure is almost always darker, and often covered in terrible oversprays that do nothing to enhance the figure. I know the guys at Mattel want these to be all “dark & edgy” and cool collectibles for the “adult collector”, but seriously stop with the muted colors.
[sarcasm]I can’t wait to see the “Gulden’s Mustard” Creeper and “Dirty Grey” White Lantern figures.[/sarcasm]
This is WICKED cool…!!!
Solid packaging, Super Power(ful) Choice for SDCC Exclusive…pun intended…!
Ah this guy looks so awesome, great review! Too bad Matty won’t be shipping these to NZ/AUS as a lot of fans are going to miss out.
Man ‘o man! That fig is just a beaut!
The suit case piece is really cool. Too bad Mattel had to find a way to piss off fans and make it exclusive to people lining up at the front of SDCC booth.
